End User License Agreement EULA
By downloading and starting the app, a contract for the use of the SOFTWARE (hereinafter: CodeCheckGS) is concluded between you and the developer Stefan Arnhold (hereinafter: developer) and you agree to the following conditions.
Payment
The CodeCheckGS app is paid in advance as a 1-year subscription. Payment is processed via the Apple AppStore and the AppStore usage regulations apply. The first installation starts a 30-day test phase, during which the subscription can be canceled at no cost. After these 30 days, you will be billed for 1 year via the AppStore according to the payment modalities set. The subscription will be automatically updated after one year, but you will receive a notification in time to cancel the subscription. Termination during the current billing year is not possible. If the subscription is canceled, it can be renewed at any time, but the free trial phase will then no longer apply. If you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price for CodeCheckGS, this must be directed against Apple. You have no further claims against Apple unless such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Rights of use
This Agreement merely grants you the rights to use CodeCheckGS. The use of multiple end users under one AppleID is permitted if the CodeCheckGS is transmitted to these users through the Apple Configurator in accordance with the Apple Configurator SOFTWARE License Terms or by a customer using the Volume Purchase Program for companies is requested.
You may not distribute or otherwise transfer (including by renting, leasing, lending or sublicensing) CodeCheckGS to any third party. You are not authorized to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise determine the source code of CodeCheckGS or any part if it or create derivative works of CodeCheckGS. However, the mandatory, non-mandatory provisions of Sections 69d and 69e UrhG remain unaffected.
Obligations to cooperate
When using CodeCheckGS, you must exercise the necessary due diligence and check the results generated with CodeCheckGS to an appropriate extent before using them. You are also required to regularly back up your data to ensure that it can be restored in the event of loss.
